Eggnog lovers rejoice! Today we're looking at the "classic" Italian dessert, zabaglione, otherwise known as zabaione, which literally translates to eggnog. Although not quite the same as the North American holiday treat, zabaglione is just as creamy and delicious with the sweet addition of dessert wine.
