#1: Duolingo - No matter where you are, as long as you've got 5 minutes a day, you can start learning to speak Italian! Bonus points for being a free app. 

#2: busuu - Here's an app that can also be use on your computer. It's boasts a community of over 35 million native speakers in the various languages available, making it possible for you to practice your conversational skills!
